Our 9:45am & 5pm services include crèche for children under 5 years of age. Kids enjoy free playtime, Bible stories and songs. Children are welcome to join crèche once they are able to sit on their own. Parents and carers must accompany their own children to the crèche room (upstairs in the Church Hall) to sign in, and sign out at the end of their service.

Kids church is for all children from pre-school to Year 6, and occurs during our 9:45am & 5pm services with a Bible story, music, prayer, games and activities. These services are popular for families with children in this age bracket.

At 11:30am we have a children’s program for kids in pre-school up to Year 6 at school. The kids leave the Cathedral during the second half of the service and enjoy a Bible story, music, prayer, morning tea, games and activities.

Across inner-city Wollongong within a 10km radius, there are 8 primary schools. In each of these 8 schools, there are a reasonable number of students in Special Religious Education (SRE) classes. This is a vital and crucial ministry and educational program, which we are very thankful for.
